Description
 
Through group projects and lecture, students learn to revise the Object-Oriented Analysis model to take practical implementation issues into account. This model explains incremental deployment and risk-driven implementation strategies.
 
Objectives
 
As a result of this course, participants will:
  • Understand OO Design in a workshop format, furthering the OOA model for redesigning business rules or designing software solution
  • Define system architecture
  • Understand incremental deployment and risk-driven implementation strategies
  • Map the object model to a specific deployment strategy
  • Create a build plan based on use-cases
  • Cross-check results with goals and requirements of users

Developers, analysts, testers, and any person involved in the detailed development of software product

Introductory (fourth in OOA/D series)
 
Prerequisite
 
1207E Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA)
